White Pearl Care is a new service established in 2021.
Our modern residential facility, White Pearl House, has been developed from the heart of the providers. It has been extensively redesigned to ensure a comfortable, personal, spacious and safe environment to meet the needs of the individuals in our care.
The ethos of our service is to ensure all individuals are provided with specialist care and treatment to meet their individualised needs.
White Pearl Village is committed to promoting sustainable living and reducing our carbon footprint. To achieve this goal, we have implemented a range of advanced energy-saving measures. For example, we have installed energy-efficient lighting throughout the village, and have optimized our heating and cooling systems to minimize energy waste. Additionally, we encourage our residents to adopt eco-friendly habits by providing recycling facilities, promoting the use of electric vehicles, and organizing community events that raise awareness about environmental issues. We believe that by embracing these innovative, energy-saving ideas, we can help build a better future for our planet.
Simple things like a green roof system to harvest rainwater to be used for toilets and watering of the grounds

White Pearl Care is committed to providing exceptional social care services to individuals in need. Our team of dedicated professionals works tirelessly to create a safe and supportive environment for those facing challenges. We offer a range of personalized care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, promoting independence and well-being.
At White Pearl Care, we understand the importance of compassion and respect in social care. Our trained staff members prioritize the dignity and comfort of every person we serve. Through open communication and genuine empathy, we strive to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients, helping them live with dignity and quality of life.
The development will provide a wide range of facilities dependent on the needs of the individual. Individuals will have the care and support needs they may be suffering from; including Autism, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health.
The hub will redefine the experience of service users, carers, families and visitors. The hub will consist of a welcoming space to all: café, shop, activity room, family room and meeting rooms.
The hub will sit in the centre of and network with each if the spoke facilities, including step-down flats, residential care home, crisis flat, moving on rehab beds and an children’s residential /care home.
